Transfiguration (of Christ)

August 28, 2010 § Leave a comment

Raphael’s most famous work. It’s called “Transfiguration” and I think he died before he finished (one of his students came in and cleaned up). There’s a lot of stuff going on in this painting, and a lot of hidden secret stuff that Ian showed us. I don’t really remember it all, so I guess it will remain hidden. It’s still an impressive painting.
